About Us

Who We Are

International Data Consulting (IDCJAX) is a team of software specialists headquartered in Jacksonville, Florida. Founded by entrepreneur and software engineer Bryan Sessions, the group offers over 20 years’ experience in planning and executing close to 100 software projects. We’ve gained in-depth insights into what makes projects work, as well as the bugs, bottlenecks and glitches that sabotage schedules and risk your ROI.  We’re eager to share those insights to help you engineer a project that will stay on time, on budget and drive measurable, sustainable improvement.

We were really impressed with their innovative approach to patient engagement features, which improved our customer experience while maintaining HIPAA compliance. IDCJAX rates our highest recommendation.

We’re the opposite of a one-size-fits-all group. We partner with our clients to create customized, innovative solutions that will not only satisfy software requirements but also meet their unique business goals, driving success. We’re also quick learners and team players who know how to flex with sudden change.

We’re proficient in a huge range of database systems, programming languages, BI tools and Big Data technologies. We keep on top of new and emerging technologies, so we can maximize their benefits for the most innovative solutions, with GenAI as a prime example.

Project length depends on the scope, complexity and resources required. Small implementations and routine upgrades might take 2-3 months. Enterprise-scale initiatives could run for a year or more. Our clients get a detailed breakdown with clear milestones after our initiation consultation, which is free of charge.

We usually ask for:

  • Your current system architecture documentation
  • Business requirements and pain points
  • Budget and timeline
  • Technical and regulatory requirements
  • Key stakeholder contacts and roles.

We take great pains to gain stakeholder consensus on specific, realistic, measurable objectives from the start. Clear communication and transparency all the way through are sacrosanct.
